Prepare a metal mold of desired shape.
Make a mold using a disamatic molding machine and move it
in line automatically.
Pour molten compound metal into the moving mold.
Cool and solidify the metal in the mold to form a desired
shape.
Remove sand and scales from the surface of a separated product.
Perform in-process and pre-shipment inspections in accordance
with quality standards.
The shipment should be limited to those products meeting quality
standards.
